Two kinds of reporting: on-demand health metrics and the monthly client report — the deliverable agencies sell.
Metrics & Health Score
Reports page → choose 7/30/90 days + project → a table of:
- Uptime % and downtime
- Incidents and MTTR (mean time to recover) per monitor
- Response time (avg/p95) and SSL days
- Health Score — A–F with reasons
Health ≠ SLA: the table always shows the real numbers; Health just tells you where to look.
Monthly client report
Project → Monthly Report → pick a month → a printable HTML document you can Print → Save as PDF and send to the client. Sections:
- Executive summary
- Availability (uptime/downtime)
- Performance (response time)
- Incident history
- Security / ops
Available in Pro and Business. Business adds white-label — your logo and company name instead of SiroPing's.
